We help each client to identify these Critical Issues — a key step in driving change — and then develop solutions to them. Aligning Organizations

They must seek out ideas and opinions from all corners of the company and start an organizational dialogue that both engages and aligns — laying the foundation for execution and leadership development. All our programs highlight this communication, and we support senior leaders in honing their teaching and learning skills.

Develop Internal Change Capabilities. For an organization to thrive in the long run, it must find a way to internalize the processes, tools and techniques that facilitate change. Brimstone can help spark the transformation and guide leaders through the first year or two of the change — but we're not looking for tenure. With our assistance, each client brings the necessary skills and systems in house, so that the organization can respond instinctively and with little or no external help.
