Issue
Client struggling to integrate several newly acquired businesses, capitalize on cross-business growth opportunities and integrate diverse operating systems.
Solution
After identifying the organization's top six Critical Issues, the client launched a Performance Leadership (PL) initiative to provide the cross-functional project teams with a structure and process to facilitate the successful completion of the project work. The teams worked for 100 days on their projects, aided by a Senior Team sponsor and a Brimstone consultant. The process concluded with each team proposing final recommendations and clear implementation plans to the Senior Team, followed by real-time yes/no decisions on each recommendation.
