
Chris Butterfield — Senior Consultant
Chris Butterfield is a senior consultant with Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC. Chris brings over 20 years of experience in both Organizational Development and Business Management to her work with professionals, executives, and their teams. Her focus is on coaching senior leaders to increase personal effectiveness, and working with teams to maximize their ability to achieve results. She is renowned for her strong facilitation skills, enabling groups to solve complex business issues in a collaborative manner.
Chris has worked with Brimstone on large engagements with Waste Management and US Cellular. Before launching her consulting career, Chris held leadership positions at AT&T (formerly SBC/Ameritech/Wisconsin Bell) including Vice President of Engineering where she had responsibility for more than 1000 employees and managed a combined capital and expense budget in excess of $300M. She was instrumental in forming the Ameritech Leadership/Change Institute, driving cultural transformation.
Her clients have included: AT&T Executives and Executive Teams (national, regional) in Marketing, Consumer, Small Business, Network, Yellow Pages, Cellular; Froedert/ Medical College of Wisconsin, Sherman Hospital, Time Warner Telecom, ICG Telecom, Safer Foundation and Clear Communications.
Chris received her BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Tulsa and attended the Executive Program at University of Wisconsin Business School. She lives with her husband and two children in Wisconsin.
