Stephen A. Davidson — Senior Partner

Steve Davidson, a Senior Partner, has been with Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC since 2003. Previously a client of Brimstone, Steve has more than three decades of broad corporate experience working in high-tech start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies. He has worked in manufacturing, assembly, technology and corporate environments – domestically and globally. Steve has leveraged his background as a senior executive and internal consultant to help his Brimstone clients achieve both operating results and organizational change.

Steve's focus with Brimstone is on coaching senior executives and facilitating leadership teams in changing corporate environments. With recent clients such as Ingersoll Rand, Arrow Electronics, The ServiceMaster Company, 7-Eleven and Solectron, he has facilitated several Senior Team Alignment Process, Performance Leadership and Organizational Alignment Meeting engagements.

Prior to joining Brimstone, Steve was the top HR executive at GTECH Corporation, where he was a member of the Executive Committee as well as a four-person Change Management Team that provided overall guidance and direction for the largest organization transformation in the company's history. At GTECH, he also led, coached and guided design and implementation teams involved in major change initiatives.

Before serving as Senior VP of Organizational Development at GTECH, Steve held a similar position at General Instrument Corporation. As a corporate officer for 15 years, he reported to CEOs and also served on executive operating committees. He started his career in HR at PPG Industries.

Steve earned his BA in Communications from Boston University and did graduate work in Organization Development at the University of Massachusetts and the New School for Social Research. Steve is an instrument-rated private pilot. He and his wife, Wilma, live in Longboat Key, Florida.
