Pam Brace Delehey is a Senior Consultant with Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC. Pam brings over 10 years of experience in the field of leadership and team development with a focus on action learning. With an emphasis on long-term change and cultural alignment, Pam has designed and delivered customized programs for clients such as JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Marsh & McLennan and Con Edison Training Labs.

As a Director for Outward Bound Professional in New York for 8 years, Pam designed and implemented the Outward Bound National Facilitator Training and standardized the core models and practices for the national organization. In addition, Pam worked for many years in partnership with major NY investment firms to provide customized training programs for all new hired employees. Focusing on leadership development, team process and role clarity, Pam designed and delivered multiple year programs for banks such as Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase.

Pam’s recent work has been in the non-profit community, where she was Director of Operations for the oldest maritime museum in Maine. With a passion for sailing and the outdoors, Pam’s extensive background in experiential education and organizational alignment has proven successful in providing a more cohesive and positive experience for all layers of the museum community.

Pam holds a BS in Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado, Boulder and has traveled extensively throughout Europe with academic studies abroad in political science. Pam holds certifications from Interaction Associates in Facilitative Leadership. Pam resides in Camden, Maine with her husband Neil and three children, Hazel, Nolan and Charlotte.
