Kathleen M. Hohn Senior Partner

Kay Hohn, a Senior Partner, has been with Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC since 2004. Kay has 30 years experience working with and in corporate America. Leveraging her 15 years as an executive management coach and organizational development specialist, she has brought her broad base of experience to Brimstone, working with all levels within an organization - from executive to front-line leaders, in telecommunications, technology, business support services, education, healthcare and non-profits.

Kay also worked for 10 years in key line and staff positions within the AT&T/SBC/Ameritech Corporation, serving as Director of Organizational Learning and Director of Executive Leadership and Development.

Previously, Kay was a private consultant, focusing on organization effectiveness consulting, executive coaching, leadership development and training, change management and line operations management. Clients included: U.S. Cellular, AOL, Convergys HRM, Qwest Communications, DeVry University, Sara Lee Corporation, University HealthSystem Consortium.

In her work with Brimstone, Kay values a collaborative partnership with clients focused on helping both individuals and organizations appreciate and improve what they do especially well. She holds the belief that individuals have vast potential to achieve success personally and professionally. Kay guides clients to find the answers within themselves to achieve their goals and attain results.

Kay holds a BA in Management from National-Louis University. She has completed the Coaches Training Institute's coaching program and Newfield's Coaching Excellence in Organizations program. She currently resides in Chicago and has two sons in college.
