Mary Larson is a Senior Partner with Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC. Over a thirty-year career in management consulting and industry, Mary has helped the leadership of major global corporations grow profitably through better business and go-to-market strategies, and then worked with them to execute these strategies by managing the organizational and cultural shifts necessary to ensure success.

Her experience spans financial services, consumer goods, retail, transportation, health care, energy, and telecommunications, and she has served clients across North and South America, Europe and the Far East. Clients have included Amerada Hess, Avon, Business Development Bank of Canada, Bosch/Siemens, Chase Private Banking, Cirque du Soleil, ConAgra, Constellation Brands, Corning, CN, Duke Power, Federated Department Stores, GE Capital, General Mills, Heineken Europe, Boutique Jacob, JohnsonDiversey, LexisNexis, McDonald’s, Royal Bank of Canada, Sealy, Scott Paper and Western Union.

She was also a senior consulting partner with Mitchell Madison Group, Monitor Group, and A.T. Kearney, providing experienced and passionate support to senior leaders seeking to grow their organizations profitably. In addition, she has held senior executive positions with McDonald's Corporation, Alcan and Culinar, where she played leading roles in pursuing innovative strategies that markedly improved business performance. Mary began her career with McKinsey & Co.

Mary received her BA with honors from Princeton in 1975 and her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1979. She currently lives in Montreal with her husband and son. She serves on the Boards of Directors of L’Opéra de Montréal and Action Against Hunger and was co-founder of the International Women's Forum in Canada.
