Carlton Yearwood — Senior Partner

Carlton Yearwood has been a Senior Partner with Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC since 2009. Previously a client of Brimstone, Carlton has more than 25 years of corporate experience focusing on ethics and diversity strategy. Carlton has been recognized as a leader in Human Resources, Diversity and Business Ethics by industry organizations and numerous publications. Through Carlton's efforts and leadership, the three organizations he has served throughout his career have been recognized as leaders in diversity, worklife and ethics. His work with Brimstone leverages his unique background in Human Resources to help clients achieve goals, deliver result and drive change.

Most recently, Carlton was Chief Ethics and Diversity Officer for Waste Management, Inc., where he was responsible for leading the company's business ethics and diversity strategy. Those responsibilities included EEO/AAP compliance, ethics and diversity/inclusion education, and strategic alliances with external organizations and associations. Prior to joining WM, Carlton served as Managing Director of Diversity and WorkLife Initiatives for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for the design, development and implementation of programs aimed at achieving the organization’s goals of being a diverse employer of choice. His duties included recruitment programs targeted at women and minorities, as well as partner track programs for underrepresented groups throughout the company. Carlton also served as Director of Diversity, EEO Compliance and WorkLife for the Allstate Insurance Company.

Yearwood is a graduate of the University of New York where he majored in Inner City Studies and Business. He currently resides in Houston, Texas.
