Managing Partners Bob Marcus and Bob Weiler joined forces to launch Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC in 2001, after decades of studying, leading and consulting to world-class companies. Both Weiler and Marcus had served as director of the University of Michigan's Global Leadership Program and worked closely with leadership expert Noel Tichy on a variety of large-scale organization transformations. Today, Weiler and Marcus head a 30-person team that is committed to fulfilling Brimstone's mission: To enable our clients to achieve and sustain transformative change that delivers breakthrough results, develops leaders and aligns organizations.

Brimstone is a Camden, Maine based company with consultants deployed across North America.

Why the name "Brimstone"?
Brimstone is another name for sulfur, which was thought by alchemists to be a transformative substance – a catalyst for change. It is an essential element for life that is found in several amino acids.

Brimstone also denotes a special place for many of our team members. Located 14 miles off the coast of Maine, the uninhabited Brimstone Island is known for the smooth, black volcanic rocks that make up one of its beaches and the 100-foot hill at its center that offers sweeping views of the bay and mainland.
