Mary brings deep experience in the fields of organizational behavior and performance to her role at Brimstone. Her recent work has focused on helping companies increase the performance of their employees through attention to corporate culture, team interaction, and leadership behaviors. Her particular strength and interest is emerging leaders, cultural change, and innovation. She is an experienced executive coach who works to attain client centered results through goal setting and achievement. Her Brimstone clients have included Biogen, Solectron Global Services, Pfizer, Waste Management, and General Dynamics. Before joining Brimstone, Mary was a private consultant working with large and small companies including many Fortune 500 and 100 firms, designing and delivering custom programs worldwide.
Mary received a BA from the University of Massachusetts in Human Potential and Development and an MBA from the University of Maine. She also attended the International Business Program at École Superieure de Commerce in Grenoble, France. Mary lives in Maine with her husband.
