Chuck’s career spans over thirty years in information technology and as a senior executive in large multi-national corporations. Chuck first worked with Brimstone, as a client, while at Georgia-Pacific, Inc., where he served as Chief Information Officer. Chuck partnered with other senior executives and Brimstone to lead the IR Vision and Leadership program, a cross-enterprise, continuous improvement program that integrated major acquisitions while developing leadership skills inside the Information Resources team. Chuck also served as Chief Technology Officer at Pfizer, where he again utilized Brimstone processes, tools, and expertise to develop the firm’s first comprehensive information technology strategic plan.
Collaborating with other Pfizer leaders, Chuck used Brimstone’s Performance Leadership process to integrate the Pharmacia acquisition and reduce annual IT spending, while continuing to support major innovation initiatives in manufacturing and R&D. Since joining the Brimstone team, Chuck’s clients have included Bob Evans, General Dynamics, and Express Scripts.
Chuck holds a BS in Biology from the University of Alabama and studied for his MBA at Rollins College. He has most recently worked on a doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the Teachers College of Columbia University. Chuck has lived and worked in France and is fluent in French. He currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
