Chris brings over two decades of experience in both organizational development and business management to her work at Brimstone. She focuses on coaching senior leaders to uncover ways they can increase their personal effectiveness and works with teams to maximize their ability to achieve results. Chris‘s expert facilitation skills result in teams elevating their performance, enabling them to solve complex business issues in a collaborative manner. She also has extensive experience in designing and implementing talent management programs. She has worked with Brimstone on large engagements with firms such as Waste Management and US Cellular. Prior to launching her consulting career, Chris’ corporate leadership positions included: Vice President of Engineering (at Wisconsin Bell) and Executive Director – Leadership & Executive Development (at Ameritech) where she played a significant role in forming the Ameritech Leadership / Change Institute.
Chris received her BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Tulsa and attended the Executive Program at the University of Wisconsin Business School. She lives in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area with her husband and their English Bulldog. They have two grown children.
