For more than two decades, Kay has worked in and with some of the most successful corporations in the US. As an executive management coach and organizational development specialist, she has consulted to senior level leaders and executives. Her perspective on leading change has also been shaped by her experience working in multiple industries, from telecommunications, to technology, business support services, education, retail, and non-profits. Her clients have included ULTA, General Motors, U.S. Cellular, and General Dynamics. Kay’s approach to her work is characterized by the collaborative partnership she creates with clients. Her belief that individuals have vast potential to achieve success personally and professionally helps her guide clients to find the answers within themselves to achieve their goals and deliver results.
Kay holds a BA in Management from National-Louis University. She has completed the Coaches Training Institute’s coaching program and Newfield’s Coaching Excellence in Organizations program. Kay currently lives in the Chicago area with her fiancée. Together they have four grown sons.
